Opening address by Anne Mulcahy, Chairman & CEO, Xerox Corporation
Session 1 - Jonathon Porritt, Forum For the Future, advisor to the UK Government and many leading European companies on sustainable strategies. Jonathon will frame the business challenge & opportunity.

Session 2 - Stuart Hart, Cornell University & author of 'Capitalism at the Crossroads'. One of the worlds top authorities on the implications of sustainable development for business strategy. Stuart will explore sustainable strategies for innovation, growth & profitability.

Session 3 - Bob McDonald, COO, Procter & Gamble will talk about the practicalities of implementing successful strategies and give the first of several business leader perspectives.

Session 4 – Josephine Green, Director Design Strategy, Philips, Sophie Vandebroek, Xerox Chief Technology Officer President, Xerox Innovation Group and Jon Williams, Head of Group Sustainability, HSBC, will address the question 'Are Technology & Innovation the answer?'

Session 5 - Professor Richard Scase, one of the world's leading business forecasters will explore the impact of sustainability, as one of the incipient global trends affecting businesses and consumers over the coming years.

Session 6 - Ben Verwaayen, Chief Executive, BT Group will provide a second leadership perspective on the realities of creating sustainable value.
Break
Session 7 - Rita Clifton, Chairman, Interbrand, Patty Calkins, VP Environment, Xerox, and Dominique Cerruti, GM IBM Southwest Europe, will address the question 'Who is really driving Sustainable Value?' by exploring the impact of several key stakeholder groups

Session 8 – Jacques Attali, eminent economist and writer, advisor to the French Government and first president of the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development. Jacques will provide an economic analysis and consider the future implications for sustainable European business.
13:30 Closing address followed by Lunch and transport to Dublin Airport
