The K Club, County Kildare, Ireland - May 27th 2008

The Xerox Global Services Golf Classic will be held on May 27th 2008 at the world renowned K Club in County Kildare, Ireland. We are delighted to announce that Seve Ballesteros – winner of five major championships and former Ryder Cup captain, will host the event.

On arrival at Dublin Airport, guests will be taken to the K Club where refreshments will be available. You will have the opportunity to chat with Seve and to meet with fellow players and discuss the challenges that the afternoon’s round will bring. Seve will then run a short golf clinic, where he will offer advice on technique as well as provide some tips on how to negotiate the course (and perhaps how to avoid the River Liffey which features on a number of the holes!).

Players will then make their way to the first tee of the famous Palmer Course, which played host to the Ryder Cup in 2006. The competition will then get under way, with Seve on hand during the round, for advice and a photo-shoot with each group.

After what will certainly be a memorable afternoon for all the competitors, refreshments will be served in the Palmer Clubhouse. Courtesy transport will then be on hand for the transfer to the Ritz Carlton Hotel at Powerscourt, where guests will be able to check in and freshen up.

The prize giving dinner will provide the opportunity for some informal networking while sharing stories from earlier in the day. Seve will personally present the trophies and share his thoughts and observations on the day’s events.
